Not only does Emerald M have 9 horses but we also have two barn cats that roam the 20 acres here at Emerald M. Tony and Sadie are full of personality and enjoy the attention from the participants and Emerald M staff and volunteers.
Tony
Tony is one of our barn cats here at the farm. Tony is full of personality and loves to be pet, held, and scratched. Many of our employees, participants, and volunteers love to hang out with this sweet boy. Tony is referred to by many different nicknames, including, Tony the Tiger and Rigatoni. You may see Tony running around the farm and having fun with his friend Sadie. Tony will also come up to you, because he loves to receive attention and love from everyone he meets.
Sadie
Sadie is a barn cat at Emerald M and spends her days protecting the farm from critters and harmful creatures. Sadie is not the cuddle bug here at the farm but she enjoys being scratched on her head and neck. You may see her roaming the 20 acres or greeting you as you arrive. She is the queen of the barn and often stays to herself.
